Wide angle recording of a rainy late summer day on a beach in fehmarn, a large island off the west german baltic riviera. It is windy, the sea is quite choppy, several kite surfers are on the water. Some voices can be heard in the background. The recorder is about 100 meters away from the shoreline. These are the rear channels of a 4ch surround recording. Recording conducted with a zoom h2n.

Crickets in a very humid and warm part of texas, some water movement and owls in bg, very dense and strident crickets, recorded at 48-16 with portable dat using schoeps ms ball, edited and decoded in stereo in pt.

This sound was recorded on the 6 december 2020 having the small water stream partially frozen right before entering a big lake up in transilvania,romania.

I recorded myself filling up a cup of water for a game and while playing around with some settings i decided to paulstretch the sound. This was the result and i thought it would be perfect for any kind of horror/scary ambience!.

This is a larger stream in the shawnee national forest. At this particular point on the stream had a large log over which the water was flowing gently. . . . Not as much gurgling and popping sounds, just a nice smooth, flowing sound.

Fast moving stream down from one of the waterfalls at silver falls state park in oregon. Water is flowing over rocks. Recorded, sorry to say, on my canon t3i mounted on tripod about 3 feet from the water so there is very little stereo separation. Runs at about -10db. Enjoy, i plan to upload more from my trip. One of my favorite spots to hike in illinois has this quite long, and beautiful and rock-lined beautiful creek. Now, even though this creek is in heavy forest, which often leads to very low water levels during the summer, this creek is spring fed so it always has a beautiful ribbon of pure water running 12 months out of the year. I've spent many minutes and countless hours beside this living, breathing water-course pondering the beauty of nature, and reflecting back on my childhood. A childhood filled with much love and many creek adventures. This was recorded on march 8 2021, at a time in the midwest woods when the mayapples are popping up-- lime green umbrellas spotting the forest floor. Recorded with sound device mixpe-6 and a sennheiser me66. Enjoy the stream of re-birth in illinois.
